On January 18, 2012, SSCLF held a consultative meeting inviting other leaders and specialists in public welfare work in Shanghai to give their views and ideas in the training of public welfare personnel. Specialists at the meeting appraised the future development of China’s work in this area as well as the kind of personnel and training needed by making a comprehensive analysis on China’s overall environment .
