On August 2, 2010, the ninth session of Soong Ching Ling Scholarship Working Conference was held at the Jinjiang Hotel.

At the conference, recipients of Soong Ching Ling Scholarship from several western provinces gave very positive comments on the educational curriculums of the schools they were attending.
