On August 15, 2010, volunteers from the Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Foundation gave away books and other educational materials to the children of migrant workers.   The activity was hosted by “Soong Ching Ling Charitable Book Stacks” program in conjunction with the China Welfare Institute and the Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Foundation. The books and other materials were furnished by CWI Publishing House and CWI Children's Palace.
