In order to cultivate more outstanding youth volunteers, promote theoretical research and practice of public welfare cause in the new era, and further expand the influence of the philanthropic spirit of Mme. Soong Ching Ling among young people, SSCLF and School of Social Development of East China Normal University have jointly established the “SSCLF Volunteer Base”. Through the cooperation, the two sides will strive to integrate resources for more young students to grow to be practitioners and promoters of Mme. Soong’s thoughts on charity.

On March 12, 2021, the awarding ceremony of the base was held at SSCLF.
