On the morning of April 13, 2021, the Shanghai Social Organization Assessment Committee held a plaque awarding ceremony for the assessment grades of social organizations this year. 

Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Foundation, as one of the first batch of social organizations to receive the 5A assessment rating this year, was presented a 5A certificate and a 5A plaque from the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau.
