The Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Foundation held the fifth meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors on the afternoon of Dec. 28, 2021. Mr. Jiang Liang, SSCLF’s chairman, presided over the meeting.
Ms. Zhang Ming, SSCLF’s secretary general, informed “The Report on the Progress in Dealing with SSCLF’s Equity Donation, and the Non-received Entrusted Financial Management Funds.”
The Board of Directors reviewed and approved SSCLF’s project plan for the second half of 2021 and deliberated and adopted SSCLF’s new management system.
